Requirements:

  • Complete, sign and submit the account opening formats to your Executive for its proper management. The formats are available in the "Documents" section.
  • Color copy of two (2) valid identity documents (Identity Card and Passport) with photo of the legal representative of the company and of persons authorized to sign on the account.
  • Copy of the founding document, articles of incorporation of the company and / or document in which the signer shareholding in the company is established.
  • Letter of the resolution where the Board authorizes the account opening (maximum term of three (3) months).
  • One (1) bank or commercial references. In case of a new company, you must provide one (1) banking or commercial reference shareholder (maximum term of three (3) months).
  • Latest income Tax Statement or Annual Report or Financial Statements signed by a certified public accountant in the jurisdiction where the company was registered or in the jurisdiction where it operates (maximum of three (3) months).
  • Copy of the Tax information Registry (RIF).
  • If (the) signer (s) already own (s) an account in BANPLUS INTERNATIONAL BANK, INC., no references (the) same (s) will be required.
  • The minimum opening amount is $ 10,000.00.

 

Restrictions / Penalties:

  • A penalty by handling balances below the minimum amount will be charged opening set.
